My dad is a resident in the long-term care area today his CNA did not take him down to the dining room for lunch. She lied and said she did. Also he was crying in the dining room for breakfast and she didn't even go help him another nurse did. I am beyond mad

My aunt has been a resident for several years and has received excellent care. Recently the staff assisted in organizing a family gathering at their space, so that my aunt could be in attendance! The staff went above and beyond, especially Nicole and Rich. Thank you so much!

Five stars for excellent customer service! I am having to look for a skilled nursing facility for my aging Mother, which is a very stressful journey. In my inquiries to facilities in the area, Waunakee Manor had the most prompt, most informative and most professional response of them all. I received an email within 24 hours of my inquiry which included brochures, a calendar of resident events, room options AND pricing (typically I can't get pricing information until I physically visit the facility, so this was extra convenient). In addition, the enrollment person was copied, in case I wanted to schedule a facility tour (very efficient and a great "no pressure" method). Thank you Waunakee Manor for your excellent communication! It really makes a big difference in this journey through parent care.

I love the staff at Waunakee Manor. They seem to really care about my Dad. He is a new resident and they have helped him fit right in. At 96, that's not been easy for him, but he regularly tells me they are taking good care of him. During COVID it has been difficult to not be in person with him, but the staff at Waunakee Manor are so kind, and truly care about him. The social workers have arranged calls, window visits and out door socially distanced visits to keep us connected. I can't say enough positive about their PT department. They have done miracles with my Dad. My Dad's nurse is a gem as well.

The Social workers are great. The nursing staff is always shorthanded. The food is horrible in the nursing section. The administrator was dishonest. My mother's wedding ring was yanked off my mom's hand 2 days before she died. The administrator told me the theft was witnessed by 2 NA's but when the police came to interview them they had been told not to get involved.
