A Lovely Community Missing What Matters Most: People Feeling Valued I was initially impressed by Weatherly’s beautiful environment and thought it could be a wonderful home, especially for those needing memory care. Over time, I referred several families there, but the feedback has been consistently disappointing. Many said their experience felt like a business transaction rather than genuine care. The last family I referred to was the final straw; they felt their mother was valued more for her money than as a person. Frequent management changes over the past three years make it clear that stability and people are not being prioritized. It often feels like leadership and ownership have lost sight of valuing the residents, families, and staff who make this community what it could truly be. Weatherly has so much potential, but until leadership becomes stable and people truly feel valued, I can’t recommend it. I hope to see positive change and would gladly refer families again if that happens.

Rich is a caring, compassionate individual who will always do what is best for a resident and their family. Community is clean, well light and beautiful. Great food. Friendly staff. Take a tour and see what Weatherly court can do to better your loved ones or yourself.
