Poor communication with community. Poor Infection Control protocol. Covid passed from room to room throughout rehab unit. Empty hand sanitizer. stations. Rehab therapy stations not disinfected between patients. Nobody answers a phone or returns calls timely. There are a handful of nice folks trying, thankful for them. Do not recommend.

This place is amazing. I came here for three weeks of hip replacement rehab and knew the minute I walked through the door I was n the right place. The rehab staff is awesome -- very knowledgable, very professional and love to have fun while doing it. The food is great because the cooks are great. The care staff is very caring and always on top of things. Lots of empathy going on around here. Everybody chips in. At meal times, it's all hands on deck - administrators, nurses, maintenance people and the cooks themselves are serving food to the residents. It's a team effort from the word go. I've been coming back as an unofficial volunteer; now I'm back for in-patient rehab. It's the best place to be in Wabash - hands down.
