SIX STARS!!!! Our experience with Wellbrooke of Westfield has been excellent. The staff are all very accommodating and helpful and there is no detail too small. From special events for every holiday to daily activities there is always something happening for the residents. Wellbrooke is neat, clean and inviting.

Wellbrooke of Westfield is truly one of a kind! The residents stay engaged with activities, and the nursing staff is kind, compassionate, and genuinely supportive. The administration is easy to work with and truly cares. I’ve referred several patients here, and every one of them has had a great experience. Highly recommend for your loved ones!

My dad is a resident at Wellbrooke of Westfield. I discovered and first used Wellbrooke for the occasional adult day care service as well as a 1 week respite care stay in assisted living. A recent hospitalization resulted in dad being discharged to Wellbrooke for skilled nursing & rehabilitation care and now dad is a resident in assisted living. From day 1 Wellbrooke's care has been compassionate, caring and professional and as a result dad's transition from living with me to now being a resident at Wellbrooke has been comfortable for him and me. The staff caring for dad today includes several team members that we met and that provided care dating back to Day 1 of adult care! The entire team (admissions, caregivers and support staff) make for a day to day pleasant experience and their facility is very comfortable and clean. Both dad and I are very happy with our choice to use Team Wellbrooke to be our healthcare provider!

My father has been a resident for 2 years. He receives excellent, compassionate care. There are lots of activities and special events residents can participate in. The facility is clean, bright and welcoming.

I'm writing to share my positive experience at Wellbrooke of Westfield. We always feel welcome and have enjoyed meeting new people for therapy and chatting with the other residents. The outdoor areas are particularly lovely, with the beautiful flowers and patio creating a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. It's truly enjoyable to sit outside for morning coffee or visits. The staff are also incredibly welcoming and friendly, always ready with a kind word. Our family especially loves the monthly brunch. It's a special day for everyone, and the food is consistently delicious!
