From the very beginning—when our family made the difficult decision for our mom to move into assisted living—Wellington Estates has been extraordinary. They have cared for her through every stage: her initial move, the challenges of COVID, and later her transition into memory care. The compassion, professionalism, and dignity shown to her during every phase have been remarkable. Every department deserves praise—the nursing staff, especially Chrissy and Jill, all of the aides, housekeeping, concierge, activities team, dining staff, and especially the Director Kathleen Granatelli. Her leadership sets a tone of kindness, respect, and genuine love for the residents that is felt throughout the community. Most recently, after surgery and a month in skilled nursing rehab, our mom returned “home” to Wellington Estates under hospice care. The effort they put into coordinating her return and ensuring her comfort went truly above and beyond. If you are considering care for an aging parent, I cannot recommend Wellington Estates strongly enough. It is the best decision my brother, sister, and I ever made. If I could give them a hundred stars, I would. The peace of mind they give our family is priceless. The care they give our mom is simply the best anywhere.

A friend recommended we look at this property for our aunt. From the moment we began communicating with the team there, we felt really optimistic. When we took the tour, and saw how lovely a property it is, how clean, well appointed, with friendly, kind staff at every level, we knew we had found her new home. It is not always an easy decision, but Wellington is an easy yes, and they handle so many of the tasks to get your loved one moved in and settled - what a blessing!

Wellington Estates is truly a wonderful place. I love visiting my grandmother because it is always such a happy experience. Music is always playing, cookies are always baking, and everyone is always nice and helpful. And my grandmother loves it which just makes it all perfect. Thank you, Wellington for everything.

My 101 year old mother has been at Wellington and previously at another facility under the same ownership since 2018. During that time she has received excellent care by a staff that I have always found responsive to her and my requests. This is important to me as I live across the country and I find much comfort in knowing she is in good hands. When I visit, I have always been made to feel welcome. When we have had a logistics issue, for example, getting rid of an old couch or having to get her to a health care appointment, Wellington staff has always been helpful in finding a solution. I trust them to do what is right. Beyond all the above good qualities, Wellington makes a real effort to enrich the lives of the residents and create a community in which all can participate and enjoy themselves. If you look closely at the pictures from a recent carnival, there is a picture of my mother at one of the booths. This is just one of the many activities designed to bring the residents together and have fun. Their ongoing efforts to take care of my mom demonstrates to me a deep integrity and commitment to senior care.

My mom joined Wellington Estates about 3 weeks ago. I have nothing more than good things to say about this facility and my experience with them. The admittance process was super easy because they were there to guide me through all the paperwork and were extremely patient in answering all our questions. Sally, the director, was wonderful to work with and always has a cheery disposition. She went out of her way during our tour to show us all the options for my mom. Since my mom has become a resident, I've noticed that the staff at Wellington are very friendly and helpful and really make an effort to connect with the residents. The facility is clean and well organized, and although I haven't had many meals there yet, what I did have was delicious. I would highly recommend Wellington Estates Assisted Living.
