WELLINGTON PLACE AT RIB MOUNTAIN

Management seems pretty disorganized. It seemed like a nice facility overall and people were polite and friendly. But three times they were no-shows for scheduled meetings and we were the ones who had to call and track them down to reschedule. The one time that they did show up to meet us, they arrived an hour late with no call to let us know. At one point, the administrator told us we would have to pay three months in advance. That seems weird to me. And in the end, they declined my mom with no explanation. They said they would get back to me in a couple days with a reason, but of course that never happened.

While visiting my family member today that resides at Wellington Place Rib, I had overheard staff talking about a management member taking over the building and bringing all her family in to run it. While also visiting my grandma I witnessed along with my sister, a staff member vaping down the hallway and another staff member whom I thought was smoking a vape but it turned out to smell like POT! How can you claim our family members are safe! Corporate and State will be contacted! Do better!

Staff is stretched thin, regularly have residents found wandering down the highway. Fail to do wellness checks in a timely manner. Staff regularly outside smoking instead of taking care of residents.

My father has been at Wellington for several months, and our family could not be more at peace. The staff is friendly and compassionate, management is solid and caring, his room is always clean, he's fed well, and they have several activities for him to enjoy. We couldn't be happier that he is so well cared for. -ak

As soon as I walked into Wellington Place at Rib Mountain, I noticed a drastic change in atmosphere. The brightness, smell, and overall cleanliness was very noticeable. The staff all had smiles on their faces and accommodated to my needs quickly. Approximately one year ago was the last time I was at Wellington Place until earlier this week. Elizabeth and Q have done an amazing job creating a very welcoming environment. I would not hesitate to take a loved one to Wellington Place. To all the staff: keep up the good work, it doesn't go unnoticed! 👏 Chuck L
