Wellspring Meadows Assisted Living

Been dealing with the staff here for about 10 years, I've also dealt with similar companies. Thing that I've always noted about Wellsprings is they have some of the nicest, most professional people that you'll ever find. Medicaid and Medicare can be difficult to understand these individuals take that worry away from you. But they also hire incredibly competent warm and friendly people. My family has a great fondness for one of their nurses named Diane, you actually look forward to her visiting you because of her warm and friendly personality and the great knowledge she carries with her, she always has good ideas to help you with your life and she listens and she's just really a warm person. I have dealt with other agencies that you could have swore you were doing business with a huge multinational corporation who doesn't care. We are, however, at a time where finding Home Health Care aides is very difficult, Wellsprings will continue to choose quality over quantity and you can ask them about using one of your own family members as a paid home aide. I've dealt with other companies whose hiring practices tended to focus more on Craigslist which is not a good place to find people in a job that is so important as a home health care aide where you're basically opening up your home to strangers. But if that person comes from Wellsprings they won't be a stranger for long and I'm confident that you will have a comfortable professional relationship with your caretaker. The staff at Wellsprings knows the difficulties in having a personal care aide and they are very good at choosing their staff and helping you transition to getting the help that you need.

Amazing staff and beautiful home!

This company is horrible I have a friend who has ALS and is in a wheelchair he is 82 yrs old and his wife is 83. And the nurses don't show up sometimes they don't call to say their not coming. They don't let their company know or the company doesn't care cause they don't call or send someone else. I as a friend get called to do the JOB that they are payed to do. Don't hire or take your Loved ones to these people.

Wellspring Meadows took care of my father Bob for nearly 3 years when he became too much for us to handle. . I could not be happier with the love and care they gave him ! The building is new, cozy, warm and overall it was everything we could have hoped for. If you’re Luckey enough to find a vacancy for your loved one, Wellspring Meadows is wonderful !!

We moved our father to Wellspring Meadows due to a bad experience at a different facility. We are so happy with the care here. Our dad seems so much more content. The people caring for dad are wonderful. Each person has a different gift which provides an all around great experience. And the food is awesome!
