Wesley Gardens Retirement Community-Specialty Care

My mother came here, not feeling well at all. The staff went above and beyond to take care of her and make her feel welcomed. From handling all of her meds, getting her to doctors appointments, to the beautiful three meals a day. The entire staff is on it for my mom every step of the way. Facilities are always clean, and not smelly at all. We are so happy with her room and the care that she is getting every day.

Our family's experience with Wesley Gardens has been outstanding. Every aspect from our initial call, to the tour, and now with our dear mother as a resident, has been handled in a very professional and loving way. The facility is beautifully maintained and our mother is receiving excellent care. She is very happy with her decision to move to Wesley Gardens.

Nobody wants to make the decision to move their parent into an assisted living facility, but we finally relented and moved my mom into Wesley Gardens one year ago. What a difference a year can make!! My mom is so much happier than we even believed she had to capacity to be. The staff is so incredibly kind to her. She is thriving under their care and enjoys balanced, healthy nutrition, medication measured and administered consistently on time (which my Dad struggled to do), and the love and attention of a devoted staff that dotes on her and treats her with absolute dignity and respect. I hesitated to post the photo below, because I want to preserve the memory of my mom as most people knew her, but to anyone who never met her, you can see the joy on her face as she singls with Randy, the nursing home administrator. I wish you could see the video - it is so precious!! Wesley Gardens was the BEST decision we could have made!

I visited here twice for a church outreach program and found the workers kind and friendly. The facilities seemed comfortable and smelled homey not like a hospital. The residents seemed in good health and happy. I arrived early during mealtime and the food smelled really good. I love that they are focused on a Christian environment. If I was to go into a home when I'm older I hope it would be here. As for the person who gave this one star, she forgot to consider that these people are busy working with elderly people who need their attention first. Saying a hurried Hello and not being able to provide information over the phone could be a security protocol. Being polite and patiently explaining the situation might have gotten more information...Honey attracts bees.

I came to know Wesley Gardens in the mid-90’s when my Mother-in-Law moved there. My wife Ann and I visited her several times a week and really got to know the place. Later, when Ann’s Aunt in Colorado needed assisted living, it was an easy decision to bring her to Wesley Gardens in Montgomery. Recently it became necessary for my darling wife, Ann, to receive full-time memory care. Wesley Gardens has the best anywhere. Ann has now been at Wesley nearly 4 months and I visit her daily. I really know the place. Wesley’s has an outstanding administrative staff, caring workers, good meals, loving residents, numerous activities, visiting musical groups, and an outstanding non-denominational worship service on Sunday morning. Wesley Gardens is tops.
