My mother has been at Wesley Haven for over 3 years. The care she receives is top notch. Staff is friendly and helpful to my mom. When visiting mom sometimes I hear voices in her room ( she is hard of hearing and forgets her hearing aids) from outside the door. I usually listen and always you hear kindness in their voices or laughter from both. Food is good, I’ve eaten with mom a couple of times and was impressed. My wife and I had looked at several facilities before deciding on Wesley. We have been pleased with the care, friendliness of all staff and dedication to their residents.

My experience with WHV thus far has been nothing short of wonderful. My Mother moved in December of 2022, a week later, she had a stroke and ended up in a rehab facility. Donna and Karen have been SO supportive and empathetic towards our situation for the past 5 months. We had to move my Mom out of her apartment but were adamant that we get her back to WHV once her health improved. Lucky for us, she is doing much better now and we will be moving her back in! My Mother is excited to be back to a place she can call home and I'm looking forward to having her back in a facility where I know she is well taken care of and her safety and happiness are of utmost importance to the staff. The previous 'review' left sounds like a disgruntled employee - don't let that deter you from looking into WHV for your loved one. THANK YOU to everyone at WHV!

Rating: 10/10. I highly recommend this place to everyone. I worked with a lot of residents here and it felt like I'm at home. The facilty is always very clean and organized. The leadership, Jennifer and Maggie, are very organized, caring, and friendly. The staff are AWESOME! Erin, Mona, Vera, among others, are very friendly and really have shown genuine care for the residents and other stakeholders. They made the place a lot of fun! Not to mention great food, music, fun activities, exciting tours, and a lot more for the residents. As a matter of fact, when I was still in Pensacola, the main highlight of my day was when I come and visit the residents for their Physical Therapy, either for evaluations or treatments. They decorate the facility really well every season and my favorite themes were Halloween and Christmas! Oh my, I miss this place! Once again, highly recommended Assisted Living Facility in Pensacola!

My Mother was very fortunate to have spent the last six months of her life at this professionally run ALF. Jennifer is full of compassion & servitude. She is sharp & a very good example of leadership. The staff are very good. I was a Nurse at the time my Mother was there & I knew exactly what to look for. It’s a scary and emotional time when you realize your parent can no longer live by themselves. I completely trust Wesley Haven to care for my Mother. I don’t have the words to express my gratitude for how well my Mother was cared for & how safe I felt she was. Thank you Wesley Haven for all you did. My Mother was very happy there.

My mother lived at Wesley Haven Villas for ten years. She passed at the age of 101. In her time there she was well cared for and the atmosphere was very calming and professional. Sure there are problems with all care facilities. But by and large Wesley Haven was a good home atmosphere and the caretaker did the best they could to take care of their residents. The professionalism of Jennifer, the adminstrator , as well as the professional team she had were good people. I admit, my mother had ME as her advocate and that is always helpful for any one once they reach the need for "true" assisted care. I would recommend them for assisted living, safe and kind care. The activities and meals are excellent. And yes, not every day is perfect. I felt very fortunate to have my mother in this facility and she lived out her days as best she could with good care and ME.
