Pam was very kind and helpful. The food was delicious. I loved how quiet and serene it was on the grounds. The one bedroom is very spacious and I love the closet space. I think the shower is a bit small and actually I think the whole bathroom needs to be updated. Other than that I liked it!!

Kayla did a great job showing me around the premises. I was amazed at all the activities. The studio was beautiful. Thanks Kayla for such a pleasant and informative tour. I felt welcome.

I have been here for 10 months. I have no major complaints. I know the building is dated but I feel the monthly rent reflects that issue. However there are some issues that should be addressed and I hope improved. The food is inconsistent and unfortunately too many times poorly prepared the food may be served cold or dried out to the point of not eaten at all, the waste must be a huge loss financially and the menu plans poorly done. I feel this should be looked at and addressed. If asked I would have to tell any perspective new tenant the food would be a 3 out of 10 at best and the daily menus poorly planned. I would think the financial loss alone must be a major concern I find the caregivers and dining room staff very helpful and kind always willing to go above and beyond to help and assist any resident I also observe they are the most aware of the tenants here and their needs I also think the residents need to be offered more activities, either outings or arts and crafts music I really don’t know what that may entail, but I know there are many things that may be appropriate and help the daily lives stay positive and productive I’m sure a good recreational activity director would know how to handle this.

Originally I was walking in to grab a packet about the 55+ living for my Mom. Seconds later my kiddos and I got introduced to a nice gentleman who then asked Jazmin who was just the nicest gal to see if she could answer any questions which I had many and she answered all. Jazmin, not only did she answer my questions her approach warm and welcoming and very professional as she gave us a tour which I was not expecting at all. Thank you again. I cannot say enough good things about our experience in regard to my mom. Jasmine was amazing and was with us through the process step by step even going to my house to help mom with some of the paperwork - she went above and beyond. Everyone from the staff to the residents seem truly happy there. Mom is thrilled with her decision to join the West Park community and has been warmly welcome by the residents and staff. Thank you so much Jasmine for making this an extremely positive transition.
