Westbridge ALF has been a godsend for my mother and our family. With dementia and mobility problems that had progressed, my mother needed full time care. I needed a place that provided that care, but I would not consider a nursing home. After some research, I happened upon Jappi, and Westbridge ALF. I can't say enough about how well this has worked out for my mother. The house is in a nice neighborhood and the staff is excellent! There is very little staff turnover and they really care about the residents - often cooking several side dishes per meal according to the likes of the residents. They really get to know each resident and tailor care to their needs. And it's not just a care facility, it's "home" for the residents. My mother is so comfortable there that I can hardly get her out of the house! You can visit whenever it's convenient for you and stay as long as you like. It's a very well run ALF facility, and the staff and management feel like family. If you have a loved one that needs full time care I would highly recommend this facility. You won't be disappointed!

My mom has been at Westbirdge ALF for about two years now. I live out of state so it was very important to me that I find a lovely facility that I trust. I searched so many assisted living facilities and I was so happy to find Westbridge. The staff really treats her like family. I love that it is a home like environment. My mom is very well taken care of and the owner and staff are very responsive and understanding about our needs.

My mother was a resident at Westbridge ALF. The ALF is well-kept and clean. Japi, the owner is kind and helpful, but the best part of the experience was with the warm, kind and caring staff. They cared for my mother as if she were family and welcomed me during my daily visits and gave me detailed updates. I am happy to recommend this facility.

My Mother has been there for 2 years now. I live 5 mins away and I go there almost every Day-- different times-- without notice. The Facility is always clean and pleasant smelling. The Meals are prepared as suited for each resident. The meals are presented in an attractive and appealing manner. The staff encourages and helps to feed the Residents if needed. The staff is very caring. They actually care about their Residents. They go the extra mile to care for them. I see hiw they take care of my Mother and I am very pleased. The Administrator- Jappi- runs a tight ship. She makes sure her staff are doing a good job. Unlike most Administrators- Jappi is very accessible- I can call or text her to her personal cell at anytime- and she immediately responds. I highly reccommend that you put your loved one in a small intimate Facility like this- as opposed to one of the larger ones where they are just a number- just another Resident.

My mother spent the last year of her life here and I couldn’t be happier with their care. They took excellent care of her even during Covid I highly recommend them.
