Staff is horrible. Their doctors will run tests for the purpose of billing. Costing people money. Aspirus is well known for doing this. Dr Justice diagnosed a torn meniscus incorrectly as a pulled thigh muscle. He never bothered to test it. He tried to get my mom to do expensive unnecessary tests. He will lecture people on differences between cold and flu because he thinks everyone is stupid. And you can’t complain because Aspirus will NEVER respond to them. Dr. Justice had to go to a for profit school in the Caribbean to get his medical degree. He couldn’t get into a school here. Think about that.

The staff is wonderful and helpful. They are always right there to help. And Peter is an outstanding physician! He is so caring, compassionate, and spends quality time with each and every one of his patients.

I have been trying for two straight days to call and get an appointment for my son. There is no ody there to answer the phone! I waited 40 minutes in the "Appointment Center" queue in one instance. No answer. I can call and try amy of the prompts to get to anyone in a different department but I get the same hold times, hold music, and nobody to talk to. Ridiculous!

Very clean facility's. Staff is very friendly, and very polite. Well provided service overall. Grounds are clean and neat, but the parking lot does need re-painted. The parking spot lines are faded out. The restrooms are very clean as well.
