Westfall AFC

I am so grateful we were able to move my mom into Westfall! Originally we only planned on having mom live there for 6 months while she recovered from a severe UTI. In that time she got so much better that I wanted her to keep living there because she was so well taken care of by the wonderful staff. When we lost mom to sudden natural causes, members of the staff and fellow residents came to her memorial. The low number of residents means more personal care and my mom loved the whole staff. Janell, the owner, was simply wonderful, always keeping me apprised of my mom's condition. It really did feel like a home, not some sterile facility. They have my unending thanks for taking such good care of her when I wasn't able to.

We would like to thank Janell and her wonderful staff for the excellent care they gave our family member. In the twenty months he was there he was very resistant at first to be in a care facility but with Janell and her staff it became home. He was a hunter and enjoyed seeing the wild life out his windows. It was an affordable price and very well maintained and would highly recommend for someone who wants a place for their loved one to be treated like family.

My family member has found a home away from home here, and we couldn't be more grateful for the wonderful care they receive here at Westfall AFC! All of the caregivers exhibit a rare level of dedication, providing excellent care with sincerity and compassion. It's evident that they genuinely care for the residents. Janell, the owner, has a hands-on approach that adds a personal touch, ensuring that every resident receives the attention they deserve. Thank you for all you do!

Wonderful caring staff in a welcoming, warm, friendly home setting. Staff are intentional about getting to know each resident in order to provide professional, thoughtful, individualized care including those meaningful “little things” like providing coffee for an early rising coffee drinker to sitting with a resident for an encouraging chat, to turning on favorite music at bedtime for a comfortable sleep. We so appreciated the tender and responsive care provided.

Westfall AFC gave a great first impression upon touring. The residents all looked happy and well taken care of. The staff were very welcoming and engaged with the residents. A homemade soup was being prepared which filled the home with a savory aroma. The property has received some upgrades that really added to its home like feeling. The owners are committed to providing a caring, clean, and loving atmosphere for the residents, families, and friends.
