WESTGATE VILLA

My brother lived at Westgate Villa for a little bit more than two years before he passed a couple of months ago. He received excellent care while there from the staff, a very, very caring staff, who made him feel loved and special. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for this type of an accommodation. The chief administrator has done a wonderful job of putting together a very special team of people.

My dad was a resident at Westgate Villa and moving him here was a great decision. It's never easy to move a family member into assisted living but the staff at Westgate was kind, caring, and thoughtful. He was well taken care of medically and personally. Aidah and Angie helped navigate the details from moving in/out to insurance questions and suggestions. My dad enjoyed the dining room, the variety of meals served, and the friendship he made with the other residents. The rooms are spacious for the residents and the outdoor patio provides the opportunity to sit outside when the weather permits. Activities are plentiful and well planned and residents are encouraged to participate. As a visitor I was always welcomed and remembered by the care team and staff and even a few of the other residents whom I enjoyed visiting with as well.

Moving my Mom out of her home and into assisted living was not an easy choice. But Aidah and the staff at Westgate have helped us every step of the way. They really care about each and every one of the residents and it shows. My Mom feels cared for, respected and is content staying there. They are also very easy to work with and are great at staying in touch with me about all of my Mom's needs. I can not recommend Westgate highly enough - they are amazing!

Mom has been living here since April 2022 and we were so lucky to find this facility for her. She has made so many friends since moving in and she is happy every time I see her. The facility provides fun games, music, parties and celebrations, which mom gets so excited about. Every staff member we have encountered is wonderful, caring and attentive and loves the residents like they are their own family. Its such a relief to know that my mom is in a safe, loving environment and I do not have to worry about her. Thank you to all the staff at Westgate Villa!

We have been so happy with the care my Mom has received at Westgate Villa. We love the family feeling of the residence, the warmth of the caregivers, and the accessibility of the management. We feel that communication with them flows easily, and we are always welcome to come by or share an idea. They have been wonderful about working with my family to make sure that Mom’s care is tailored for her. My Mom especially loves all the activities and outings, and she says, “When the bus for the field trips arrives, I am the first one on!” They are in a great location, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, on the border of San Jose and Saratoga, yet close enough to major roadways so that Dr. visits are still convenient. Westgate Villa has been a blessing for our whole family.
