My loved one is very unhappy here. She complains about the slowness of getting help and not being able to eat the food as it is so bad - cold, leftover appearance.

My mom is in the rehab part and the nurses and staff were so kind and patient with her- it brought a tear to my eyes! I know their job is a tough one but their compassion is not lost on this grateful son...

My mom went there for rehab out of the hospital. She left hospital with three broken ribs. They put her at the end of hall, no fall risk sign on door. It was the poorest staffed place I have been to in terms of rehab. The night shift nurse said her meds weren’t in yet and basically she just didn’t care to check! I had a terrible feeling about that place and at midnight the nurse called to tell me my mom fell out of bed and was on the floor. She was taken to UofL with internal bleeding. I was hoping that assisted living would work after rehab for her. I would never ever place a loved one there to fend for themselves with basically no care!! Horrible experience!

Awful awful awful. Poor management nothing but 3rd party agency employees who aren’t familiar with any of the residents. No consistency what so ever food is god awful and management has no drive to do anything with the facility. I took my mother out of there after 3 weeks. DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONE HERE

When my mother moved in here two years ago, her care was good and she loved the people taking care of her. Now they have all left and we are dealing with “agency” aides and nurses who don’t know or seem to care. They are just putting their house in. They ignore instructions on the wall regarding her care. Items have gone missing but the facility won’t replace them unless they were specifically described on an inventory sheet (which we have not seen. There are a few wonderful caregivers there but the vast majority are now agency staff who don’t seem to care.
