Unskilled / licensed individuals who stay in their cars more than they do in the building! Employees who sleep in residents rooms and eats their food! Double briefing , improper ADL techniques and pure laziness from employees!!! All third shift does is sleep and doesn’t attend to the residents nor do rounds! This place hires anyone off the street to work here!

Their staff really cares for the patients and their families. They host multiple events in the year for their patients and families, and are always finding ways to ensure their patients are happy and comfortable.

My dad has lived at Westminster for 7 months, and we are so blessed to have found this community of caring people! The staff are so caring, kind, and well trained in memory care. Dad loves the people, activities, food, and other residents. He has received the best of medical care with extra TLC for his diabetes. Dad especially enjoys the musical guests and outings on the bus! He calls Westminster his home, and the staff go out of their way to make it a beautiful, welcoming place to be.

Our family is so blessed to have joined the family at Westminster and our prayers have been answered for my mom! The staff are wonderful. The daily activities for the residents are so engaging - and a highlight for my mom is taking the bus trips on outings to events or to get some ice cream! My mom has made many friends and has become an integral part of the special community. She also loves the food. The staff members focus on the individual needs and preferences of the residents. It has also been a blessing to get to know the families of the residents through the community events planned for the residents and their families. The families are fully invested in supporting excellent care for their family members. We cannot thank the staff at Westminster enough for the special home they have created for all the residents, including my mom.

My father has lived at Westminster for 2 1/2 years. The staff is hard working and compassionate. The activities staff is absolutely amazing. Tonya and Kim make sure there are fun things to do daily, and you can tell the residents feel loved by them. It is apparent that the entire staff has received excellent training on how to handle different levels of dementia. The building is beautiful and feels like a home, not a cold facility. Most importantly, my dad loves living there. He feels respected, safe, and that his needs are met. He absolutely loves the food. Westminster Memory Care has been a blessing to our family.
