It's appalling how an establishment like this is still allowed to operate. Services are terrible, response times from staff are SO long, bedside manners are non-existent by many of the staff. This is meant to be an assisted living facility but residents are hardly ever given the assistance they need.

Uncooperative. Trying to get the belongings of a patient that was taken by ambulance to ER with double neumonia and that was taken to another facility after has been a nightmare. They are still dodging and are unwilling to help get this homeless man's only belongings back to him. Shame on them.

Management unprofessional, everyone is so unprofessional their. I don’t recommend AT ALL! They don’t take care of the residents at ALL

It's on the dirty side. Lawnscape is overgrown and not a nice sight to look at. Staffing is very nice. The money for it is way over priced for a small room for 2. The activities director is limited to funds even for a different table in activy room?. Not in budget??? The money they get its totally enough for more care of this place. I just wish they would look at the big picture to update it to look decent and make occupants feel like they are living at a nicer place
