WESTMONT AT SAN MIGUEL RANCH

I am a nurse that works at a skilled nursing facility. When a resident from Westmont San Miguel Ranch came to our skilled nursing for therapy they did not stop praising how amazing the staff was at San Miguel Ranch. I can tell immediately how soon they wanted to go back and return to their home. They talked highly of the services that is provided there, the attention to details of the staff for their residents, and all the fun activities that happens in their memory care department. They also spoke good things of the culinary department whenever I would serve them their food, saying how they miss the home cooked feel of San Miguel Ranch. I would definitely consider allowing my loved ones to be a part of a grand community like San Miguel Ranch.

From the moment I entered Westmont of San Miguel, I was struck by the community’s luxurious and welcoming atmosphere. The spacious lobby, elegant concierge area, and beautiful elevators created the impression of a high-end hotel, with ample space designed for comfort and convenience. I was fortunate to be given a tour by Rose, who was vocal, attentive, and engaging throughout. She provided clear and transparent information about pricing and addressed every question I had. As we toured the private studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom suites, I found each floor plan to be both visually appealing and financially reasonable for both assisted living and memory care. During my visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Executive Director Jessica Zepeda. Her warm smile, sincerity, and passion for her work were immediately evident. She treats residents with genuine love and respect, and it is clear she is deeply involved in their daily lives. Her dedication to creating a positive environment for residents was inspiring. I was also impressed by the community’s activity calendar, which was filled with engaging, stimulating, and enjoyable options. Residents were actively participating, and the energy in the community was vibrant. The fully equipped and thoughtfully designed gym offers residents a safe way to stay active. Every area of the building is beautifully maintained, full of life, and filled with friendly staff members who appeared genuinely happy in their work. I enjoyed meeting several team members, including Zen, the Resident Services Director, who was a pleasure to speak with. This was, without a doubt, the most impressive tour I have experienced among all the communities I have visited. My expectations were exceeded in every way, and Westmont of San Miguel is now my top choice for assisted living. Well done, Westmont!

Just wrapped up an amazing tour at Westmont at San Miguel Ranch! The facility was inviting and there was a warm welcoming atmosphere. Special shout out to Rose for being so informative and answering all our questions! Meeting the staff and managers left us truly impressed by their professionalism and respect for everyone—visitors and residents. It’s clear they genuinely care about all they serve, which makes it feel like a home. This is definitely the perfect place for families wanting to create lasting memories with their loved ones. Highly recommend checking it out!

Our mom has been at Westmont for about a month. This Westmont facility is very nice and is well maintained. She’s adjusting well and has been engaging with staff and her fellow residents on a daily basis. The Residence Coordinators have been very accommodating from the beginning of the process and the people working there have been very welcoming. Many of the staff members already know our mom by name. Mom has been participating in many of the daily planned activities offered. Westmont hosted the very nice welcome party, with family members and close friends in attendance. We were very pleased with that we had the ability to choose all aspects of the event, including the menu. The food provided was delicious and plentiful!

We moved my 97 year old mother in law closer to our home. We are very pleased as the staff is very nice and she is participating in the activities! She was in a much larger totally independent facility but as she aged the longer distances to meals and activities caused her to discontinue things she once enjoyed. The happy hour was so much fun! Harley arranged a singer from tribute band to Queen called Kings of Queen. She and another another resident sang along when he sang “Somewhere Over the Rainbow”. A favorite was an art appreciation of Monet! It was so interesting ! Harley had a video on his life and paintings and passed out an info sheet and colored pencils and a picture of his to color. As you can see Aurelie is happily coloring! She is attending chair yoga and chair and abs and balance class and I can tell it is empowering for her. We appreciated the welcome Isabel and the staff gave her when she arrived. There are always adjustments to a transition but the staff is receptive to our input and responsive. It is a good place for her and we are very happy with her move and her apartment Is lovely! Isabel was very helpful in explaining the process and even referred an excellent moving company who did a great job at a reasonable price. They made it SO easy!
