WESTMONT OF CYPRESS

I found Westmont of Cypress in my search for assisted living facilities for a friend. I subsequently had two tours of the facility with Zinat Rahman, one of the kindest, sweetest, down to earth people I have met. The first tour was with my fiancé for information-gathering only for our friend. Even though Zinat knew we weren’t potential residents, she gave us lots of information about the activities, services, pricing, levels of service, etc., and gave us a thorough tour of the facility. We returned to the facility this week with our friend, the potential resident. Our friend has mixed feelings about moving to an assisted living facility. But after being with Zinat for about an hour, and getting a tour of the facility and an apartment, she is so excited about moving in she said, “I wish I could move in today!” Thank you so much, Zinat, for making our friend feel so completely at ease and at home!

I was personally recommend for this comedy show and I couldn’t have been happier. Director Krystal Neitzke was a true professional, easy to work with and her staff set up the retirement community perfectly for a comedy show. I arrived to full house of residents positioned in chairs that were similar to comedy clubs. Promo posters were visible & an electric Comedy Show sign was positioned at the side of the stage. Krystal, the staff & residents couldn’t have been nicer. This was a fun crowd and I enjoyed talking to them after the show. I give Westmont of Cypress a 5 out of 5 star rating. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

I’ve been a resident for 3 months already. I love my apartment. And the food is great. I was so happy to be able to take my Bella a 11 years old mix breed with me. The staff is very friendly and helpful. West not is a very clean facility, also my apartment is cleaned weekly. The people in the community are very friendly as well.

Many many thanks to Krystal at Westmont. She is AMAZING, dependable, kind the reason we chose Westmont. ❤️ She made the move so smooth, went OUT OF HER WAY to be able to get mom in there straight from rehab, pulling strings to make it possible. Mom's been there a little over 3 months now and Krystal STILL goes above and beyond ... it's a beautiful, clean facility with so much to offer. Safe... Kind care givers, responsive to her needs. Krystal and Zena are so good at keeping me updated. I am VERY grateful for Krystal and the team there. Highly recommend ❤️

Westmont of Cypress is a clean impressive facility. I toured a one bedroom that was furnished. It was really nice, roomy, comfortable. I’m sure I would be happy there. If only I could afford it then I was showing a studio apartment and it was definitely roomy. However, I don’t think it would be the right fit for me. I would love to swim in that accessible pool!
