WESTMONT OF PINOLE

The only good things I can say is the staff kept the room and my husband nice and clean. I had issues with communication with some of there staff.

Reasonable rent considering the amenities and services. Patient, understanding, responsible care staff. Clean, well managed, home like atmosphere. The food is good, too. Pleased and relieved to have found such a nice place for my chosen brother to live in safety and comfort.

The memory care section has a great layout. During my tour, I noticed the patients looked quite content out in the common areas. The circular layout makes it seem much bigger than it is, which I’m sure is great for the residents.

Westmont of Pinole is a very nice facility with great staff. They have the experience and compassion to deal with all kinds of situations with your loved ones. The business side is run very efficiently and gave us expert guidance when it came to the in's and out's of Long Term Care Insurance, which was a great relief considering the complexity.

Westmont has done a great job in remodeling this community, it is warm and welcoming. The courtyards are cozy and boast nice views of the hills. Pricing is really competitive and apartments are well appointed. Kudos to Nicholas and the team at Westmont for creating a nice environment for residents in this community.
