Overall the staff is very friendly. They have treated my family member with upmost respect and kindness. She is very well attended to even the administration and admission director stop by and check in on her and her roommate. This is a daily observation therefore they do strive to meet the needs of their patients. When I leave I know she is being attended too

I recently visited a family friend at Westwood Center. I was pleasantly surprised at the entire atmosphere there. It was very clean and the staff were very nice and accommodating of us during our visit. I decided to inquire regarding a family member that we were considering placing in long term care. We took a tour of the center and I was amazed at the way that we would really be able to make her feel like she was at home here. She passed before we could start the process but definitely would consider Westwood for future needs.

Clean facility, friendly personnel, and very hands on. When my family toured, they had several patients in the activity room doing activities, and socializing. Several families visiting, and all had positive things to say. The residents all seemed to be well taken care of. The rooms were good size too! My grandfather seems to be very pleased with his rehab care that he is receiving as well!! Highly Recommend!!
