Westwood Inn

My family and I all highly recommend Westwood Inn. After a thorough search for the right place for our parents we knew Westwood was the correct choice. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. The staff is kind, caring and professional. Every department has stand-out employees that our family will always remember fondly. We also needed the hospice services available at Westwood, and were very pleased with Assured Hospice as well. Overall, the past two and a half years were very positive for our family. Thank you Westwood.

Our parents were residents of Westwood Inn for 3 years. Our mom and dad for 1 year until his passing, followed by 2 additional years for our mom as a widow. The last 10 months mom was in memory care until her recent passing. As a family we could not have been more pleased with the entire facility from Independent Living to Memory Care, the activities and more importantly the care they were given by the ENTIRE staff was great. Were there any concerns for us? Sure, there may have been a few, but these were our parents that we want the best for at all times. Reflecting on it now, over the course of 1100 continuous days of care, there really wasn’t that many concerns. Based on stories I have heard from friends about family at other facilities in the area and/or outside of the area, this place is the tops. Our parents did have the utmost care during their 3 years stay here. If we were doing this all over again, we would not choose any place else besides Westwood Inn. Thank you, Westwood Inn!

I fell in love with the building and staff from the first time I walked in. Rinku Topiwala and the care team here are SO welcoming! They take excellent care of their residents! Desiree Raspberry the director has been such a pleasure to work with professionally. Sonia has also been extremely helpful in their community! Westwood always has the best events and life enrichment for their staff. I love clean and updated the building is too. Thank you Westwood for being such a great example of top notch senior care

My 96 year old Mamma is the happiest I’ve seen her in years!! Westwood is gorgeous and the staff gives her all the attention she thrives for. The move in process was seamless and I’m so greatfull that Sonia and Justin treated us like family and helped every step of the way…. Mom and I actually cried together, we did it! I’m looking forward to spending countless hours in the game room playing cards with her and meeting new friends. I believe I have my girlfriend back - not the woman who constantly talked about being lonely. Thank you for the sincere warm welcome, we’re overwhelmed by your hospitality!
