WHITE CLIFFS SENIOR LIVING

Great place! Very clean and professional! Wonderful new management that care, and are always taking steps to improve! Care level is amazing! And the food is really good for a place like this?? If I could eat here on a regular I would! Most of all it seems that all the staff care! And genuinely take pride in what they do!

White Cliffs Senior living facility is fine for residents who are independently mobile with a cane, walker or wheel chair and require very minimal assistance. The activities available to the residents are wonderful. The staff is nice. The food is substandard. If you have an allergy to dairy or eggs this is not the place for you. There are no special accommodations for resident dietary needs. Everything on the breakfast, lunch and dinner menu usually have cheese and often some kind of sauce. White Cliffs also has an everyday menu which offers other choices like a hamburger, ham and cheese sandwich, hot dog, grilled cheese sandwich and a cheese quesadilla. The shuttle service is nice if you want to leave White Cliffs during the week. Sign up ahead of time. Once a month residents can sign up to go to a restaurant outing. White Cliffs is seriously short staffed . Even though a resident wears a call button be prepared to wait a significant amount of time at night and on the weekends. If you have a clogged toilet just make sure it doesn’t happen in the evening or on the weekend because no maintenance is available. Have supplies on hand just in case you need to clean up a mess. A CNA does not have cleanup supplies. White Cliffs is not the place for residents that require more care or are on hospice, but don’t have dementia. The living costs increases when you start having additional health issues. The care doesn’t match the cost because there are not enough CNA’s for this large facility.

I recently visited my aunt at White Cliffs Senior Living and was truly impressed by how beautiful and welcoming the community is. The level of care she receives there goes above and beyond anything my family or I could have hoped for. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone from the team who first welcomed us through the front doors to the sales team to the amazing staff who keep the environment so clean and inviting. The entire place is always spotless, smells wonderful, and feels like home. I’m especially grateful for the attention and kindness shown to my aunt, the engaging activities that keep her smiling, and the genuine love and care she receives every single day. Thank you all for treating her with such warmth and compassion. It truly means the world to us.

I went to White Cliffs Senior Living and I was so pleased to see how beautiful the community was. The kind of care that patients get there is beyond what myself, and family could ask for. I wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to the sales person all the way down to the housekeeping. They keep everything so beautiful, it always smells so good and I just am so grateful for all the care and respect they give their patients, the attention they give, they also keep people busy with activities and games and more! I'm just very impressed with this facility. Thank you all for love, care and heart of service you give to those around you!

The inside and outside grounds are kept clean and tidy. Staff is helpful and friendly. They do quite a bit of different activities to choose from for the residents as well. There are games that residents can win prizes too!
