Independent living apartment roomy 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with tub, dining room and living room combined, enclosed sun room, tiny kitchen. One meal a day is served in the community building. Gymnasium and pool with classes offered all included for residents. Non resident community members pay a fee. Wonderful staff in all facilities we have used.

We have been extremely pleased with the care our loved is receiving. The administration and staff are pleasant and helpful, always willing to answer any questions and address any concerns we have had. The nursing and support staff are very attentive to our loved one’s needs and concerns. We are happy with what have seen and observed. Thank you for all your help and support in this time of transition.

Please, if you have another choice for an elderly parent or family member I hope that you will use them and not WhiteOak State. My mother died a week after coming home from that place. I know that she was not fed like she was supposed to be I don’t believe she had a bath at all during her week Stay. I was lied to before her discharge saying that she had been through rehab every day and that she was able to walk 50+ Feet etc. etc. when I got my mother home, she was in awful shape and she died a week later. And they had the nerve today to call me and tell me she still owed $204 terribly sad disappointing I hope no one has to put their love one in WhiteOak Estates

Our experience at White Oak Estates has been very positive. Everyone is friendly and helpful with making our stay as pleasant as possible. PT is excellent in all they do to ensure you are ready to go home. The entire staff has been excellent in their care for my husband. I would definitely recommend this facility .

I cannot recommend White Oak Estates enough! From the time I was looking for a rehab facility for my grandmother, to coordinating with staff, to switching over to hospice, & her last days. Mrs. Debra has been a literal phone call, text, or office visit away! The staff is so personable and genuinely treats your family member as their own! Especially shoutout to Nurse Jesse who not only took care of my grandmother in making her comfortable, but took the time to comfort my family as well in the difficult moments. Another plus, regardless of it being an older facility - the facility was always being cleaned and smelled nice! and even had hallways painted during our stay! And shout out to the activities coordinator, she offered finger nail polish so we could paint my grandma’s nails in her last week with us. 💗 These people will always hold a special place in my heart for showing compassion and kindness. I will forever recommend this facility to anyone I know!
