This is a lovely community, very clean, and the staff are friendly; it was evident that they enjoy their work. The residents were all engaged in an activity in their common area and appeared to be enjoying themselves. The administrative staff were all very knowledgeable and caring. The Executive Director should be very proud of herself and her team for developing and maintaining such a wonderful community.

Fairborn Assisted Living is just what my nephew needed. From the time we walked in the door, two years ago through today, we have been welcomed by a friendly staff, who are willing to listen, help, and answer any questions we may have. The facility is nicely appointed with furnishings and various holiday decorations that make the place fun and feel like home. The apartments are perfect for the resident to feel like they are living independently, but alway knowing someone is not too far away if they need help. Care is taken to keep the facility and apartments nice, clean, and fresh. The staff encourages residents to participate in scheduled activities such as exercise, games, crafts, Bible studies, birthday parties, and live entertainment. The facility also schedules weekly outings for the residents, which gives them an opportunity to get out in the world to shop, to eat, or for entertainment. Each month the facility hosts family night so family members can come visit and join in the activities of the evening. All of these activities help to keep residents engaged, healthy, and happy. It appears that all of the staff and all of the residents get along pretty well with each other. I am grateful for ALL of the staff that assists my nephew in his daily living: the aids staff who help with bathing and dressing, the nursing staff and visiting doctor who administers medications to keep him well and healthy, the housekeeping staff who clean his room, the kitchen staff who keeps him fed, the activities staff who lifts his spirits, and keeps him engaged, the maintenance staff who fixes things, the in-house therapy group that provides therapy, and finally, the administrative staff who holds it all together. I appreciate all of you and everything you do to keep my nephew and the other residents healthy and safe. Thank you so much! This place is fantastic, if you have a loved one looking for Assisted Living in the Fairborn area this is the one! BEATUTIFUL building that sits on a dead end road. Seems very quite and peaceful. The residents are friendly and happy. The staff is always willing to help with any concerns that arise. Each resident has their own apartment with housekeeping. Residents enjoy 3 meals a day in the dining area and there is always something fun going on. The residents get to come and go as they please. Activities provides them with shopping and lunch outings almost weekly, amoung other outings. They have their own bus to help take residents to their doctors appointments. Im very satisfied with this facility and would recommend the community to anyone!
