WILBER CARE CENTER

My husband received excellent care from mid July until he passed on December 27, 2025. He had dementia and an infected heart valve. I never worried when I wasn’t with him as I knew the staff were there to sit with him when he was so overwhelmed with confusion. He enjoyed the food very much. The facility is nice and clean and they decorate for holidays to keep residents happy. Their activities director does a great job engaging the residents. The whole staff treats your loved as family. I would highly recommend Wilber Care Center if you are looking for a place that will take good care of your loved one.

My visits to see my mom are always great and staff is usually very friendly!! But are we ever going to live a normal life without mask!!!! It’s time!!! I feel at times mom room isn’t keep very clean vacuuming and the bathroom I had to ask them last time I was there to vacuum and clean the toilet. Otherwise I’m happy with the care she receives and she loves the young man on night shift that helps take care of her one of her favorite and now she’s sad cause he left to do a military tour for a few months!!

Whenever I have come to the Wilber Care Center I have always felt welcome and accommodated. As executor of a friend’s estate, a few of us had the responsibility of cleaning out her room and disposing of her things. The staff made carts available to us, a place for us to gather, and were always polite and helpful. My friend lived living there and based on my experience I can see why.

When we knew dad couldn’t live alone we search several assisted living facilities and were very lucky to have a room at Wilber. Dad is getting great care and we feel he is thriving there. He has friends to play cards with in the afternoons, has a very nice large room with kitchenette, and the staff is so helpful and friendly. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to place here.

Our mother started her stay here a week ago big change for. Her . After a couple days she has become comfortable and now she has more structured life than sitting home alone I think she will do well staff must be doing a nice job with her we certainly appreciate the efforts made for her comfort and daily needs provided.
