Horrible! My grandma lived there for two years, She unfortunately, passed away there! She fell out of her bed And hit her head and her oxygen mask came off, the staff was supposed to be checking on her Regularly. But who knows how long she was laying there on the floor! So heartbreaking!! Also was told by the main lady that runs that place that they are going to have a little celebration of life there, In honor of her and that they would call me And my family to come over . WELL, GUESS WHAT? IT’S BEEN 3YEARS NOW NOBODY HAS CALLED ME. These people unfortunately do not care as much as they act like they do. So sad.

This place is great, I love how they take care of the residents and they enjoy all the activities that go on here. Being apart of the community I enjoy how helpful everyone is here.

I cannot give a star honestly, but will get this on the map. I went to visit a friend of mine at this facility and the room *** ( I want to keep the gender confidential) smelled so bad of urine that I could not stand in the room and talk. The amount that our elders pay to be there, it was deplorable, and frankly I was in shock, because the lobby and the common areas are very clean and I do know of other elders there that have clean rooms, and are clean themselves. I did bring it to the attention of a staffer, but there is no way this was overlooked, it was very obvious that *** and *** room were not being cleaned. It was very obvious that this guest was being neglected for basic sanitation care.

Im posting in regards to the grounds more then anything. Yes it is located by the willey creek river and it isn't far fro. foster lake. There is a little store across the hwy and one just down the hill. BUT there is no easy access to the river! You must be fit to climb down the hill behind this place and its a hike through brushy undergrowth. Or be able to walk down the hwy to get to the river.
