Williamston House

You can't call this place, no one ever answers the phone, then it automatically disconnects. It's ridiculous when you live out of town and can't check on your family

The phone disconnects my call after 4 rings when I try to reach this place. I spoke with one person who told me the phone system had a glitch that had been fixed. This was well before Thanksgiving and it is still happening. I would like to speak to the Director. I live in another state and can only come on weekends when those in the offices are not there.

The director and the RCC are very engaged and dedicated to providing the best care. Williamston is lucky to have a facility like this in our town.

These reviews are scaring me to death. My family member may be staying here soon. I was told they were great but I'm so nervous now and I'll be 50mins away due to no open beds closer. : (

By the time my Dad was admitted to the hospital (before his death) he suffered from horrendous bed sores on his buttocks and the heels of his feet. He had also had to have his four lower front teeth removed, due to being hit in the mouth. There should be NEGATIVE stars for reviews. In order to post, Google requires at least one star . .
