Our grandmother suffered a brain injury while staying here. She hit her head so many times she had to go to the hospital. With regards to her comment below. (She didn't have that same energy when the police removed my grandmother for her building for neglect). Tracey (the owner) put grandma on hospice care (so she could receive more money) but her never provided hospice for my grandmother. Nurse's who would come there also backed our hospice allegations. If our Grandmother missed dinner because she was ill (due to her head injuries) they wouldn't feed her. Tracey illegally barred me from seeing my grandmother because I took her to see a doctor out of concern. I have the police report. Tracey seems to have a good relationship with DSS and other key people because reporting Willie's goes no where. -We have police reports -Several different people have contacted us sharing their story about (Tracey/Willie's) -We have medical records proving our side of the story -Phone recordings -Video evidence -We spoke to a Lawyer over 200 miles away and he heard how bad Willie's is. Tracey and her staff need to and will be held accountable.

My sister Patti Jurgen is in this facility! I hope and pray that she is getting the best care that she deserves. It's hard enough that her life as you she knew it is gone and so sad. She is special and loved. Please take care of her and treat her with the utmost respect and care and don't let anyone mistreat her because those who do will have God to answer to! 🙏
