Ms. Sarah made this whole process easy for me. From the first visit to the move in. I love my place.

Sarah was very thorough with her tour. She let me know she has been property manager for a year. She seems like she takes a lot of pride in her job. I like her attitude.

I booked a guided tour online on Monday August 18th for a Friday 22nd showing. I get the confirmation email for my 3pm tour and no other contact so I thought everything was fine. I get permission to leave work early and I arrive at the leasing office to an "Open, come on in" sign in the window. I am early but I still walk up. Doors are locked. I figured they may be on a different showing so I wait. By 3:10pm and 2 calls/voicemails to the leasing office, which I am standing outside of still no one shows up. I leave and send an email asking for follow up. They respond with "sorry we didn't have any units to show you, but please reschedule or take a virtual tour". No other explanation, no actual apology for the inconvenience. On top of that the price they have listed on their website for a 1 bedroom (1055) is false and in the email they sent a 1 bedroom is not going for 1232!

I was told by the leasing office that the apartment I would be getting has all appliances, including W/D and a dishwasher. They made me sign the lease over that information. On reaching the apartment after driving 10 hours in a truck- apartment had no appliances promised. It took >30 days for LR management to return my security deposit- out of which they deducted 75$ for "late fee". I ironically making me pay for their "inconvenience". The only good thing is how Sarah was extremely sympathetic and helped out with this situation, even though she was on vacation when all this took place.

Did a tour with Sarah, and everything exceeded my expectations. Not only was the apartment nicer than I expected, the way Sarah did her job, made me feel really welcome and at home. Super knowledgeable and honest.
