I moved my mother to willow estates from a nursing home where she was going down hill and now she is thriving thank you willow estates your the best

My mother was admitted to Willow Estates care in August of 2019. In February of 2020, my mother was admitted to the hospital with a fever of 108 degrees. She had apparently had said fever for a number of days, but Willow Estates had not bothered to bring in a doctor to check in one her until my father visited her and noted that she was very unwell. We were informed that, even if they were miraculously able to help my mother with the pneumonia she had contracted, she would likely have suffered significant brain damage due to having such a high fever for such a long period of time. She died the next day. Do NOT put your loved ones in the care of these people. They do not care about the clients under their care. They just want your money. They're monsters and should be put out of business. Fun fact, the million dollar house you drive past in order to visit those in their care? That's the owner's residence. They aren't taking care of those put in their care with your money. They aren't hiring doctors or nurses. They are lining their pockets.

I do not recommend this facility. My mother was a resident here. I did not feel she was safe or received adequate care. I encountered an elder male resident that not only made sexual comments to me but my 16 year old daughter as well. He had access to the entire facility and I worried about his intent with other residents. I brought this concern up and it was dismissed. My moms hygiene was terrible, sometimes soiled when I visited and her dental hygiene was horrible. It broke my heart seeing her in this place.... due to Medicaid, choice of facilities is limited. I could go on and on. I feel this place only cares about getting paid and hell with the residence! I did encounter one or two caregivers that did seem to genuinely care.

Dear Google...I own Willow Estates Retirement, Inc. and the address is incorrect. Willow Estates Retirement's address is: 180 Titus Drive, Penn Laird, VA 22846 . I would greatly appreciate it if you could change it ASAP, as potential clients have called us numerous times and complained that the info was incorrect. Respectfully, Charlene Nelson Crawford/V.P
