My mom has lived at Willow Fork for 3 years and she is very happy! Everyone is wonderful! They have a family night every month, with food, games and music too! It’s so lovely for all the families to get to know each other!

My first comment is that 5 stars is not high enough for this wonderful facility! My mother had Lewy Body Dementia. We moved her to Willow Fork after a very bad experience at a rehabilitation facility for her broken back. She had previously been in Assisted Living, but really needed to be moved up to dementia care. We had hoped that Willow Fork would bring her back to us, but it was just too late. We were at Willow Fork for about two weeks before she passed. What I learned from the entire staff at Willow Fork during that time was priceless. Every single person there was not only excellent at their job, but they went far beyond. They were kind and compassionate and very empathetic. What is also impressive about Willow Fork is their understanding of what many Residents need each day: we saw them quietly talking to Residents, walking with them, holding their hand and just being there for them. The Willow Fork environment is bright, and sun filled, with ample windows bringing in natural light and many beautiful courtyards. There were many activity rooms with televisions and games and activities. The Executive Director, Tony Salazar, was there for us at every step, guiding us through a painful experience with an unbelievable spirit and a positive view. It made it much more bearable. One of the Med Techs, Nadine, actually worked a double shift because she felt that my mother would pass that night, and she wanted to be there for my mother and for my family. Nadine took a lot of time to explain everything to us and kept us up to date on my mother’s status. Everyone, from the top down, including the Experiences Director, Tonya Marina, to the Maintenance Director, Jose Hernandez, was there for us with a smile, a willing hand and kind encouragement and advice I would highly recommend Willow Fork and its outstanding staff, for anyone in search of a thoughful and understanding environment for their loved one with dementia. The staff are not only highly trained in dementia care but have a caring spirit that is so critical in this field. Kudos to Toni Salazar and her team for creating this wonderful atmosphere!

I can’t say enough about our experience at Willow Fork. The entire staff embraced our mom and the rest of our family with such love and care. It’s clear that they treat each resident with sensitivity and love. It was with complete confidence that we entrusted our mother to the staff at Willow Fork and they rewarded us be exceeding our expectations.
