Don't let your lease end. They'll hike your rent almost $600 a month. My rent is $1780 a month for a 1 bedroom apartment right now. This place has the worst ventilation. When i say that, i really mean there is ABSOLUTELY 0 ventilation. YOU WILL GET MOLD. I noticed it after my first month here and contacted the office and was told i have to clean it and keep up with it...... Also i signed a 12 month lease at the end of Feb 2025. Meaning my lease should not end until the end of Feb 2026 correct? Nope lease expired middle of January. The only form of contact i got was a note with a single bag of popcorn a week before (As if that was going to entice me to keep paying the ludicrous rent)... Not to mention i have NEVER EVER had a late payment in 2 years. NEVER... Until they hiked my rent by $600. I didn't pay $580 of my $1780 for the last 2 weeks... I get a phone call telling me I'm going to be evicted if i don't pay it and they will contact there lawyers..... ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I will absolutely never recommend this place to anyone after that... Hike your rent by 30% then tell you, you'll be evicted if you don't pay in 2 weeks...... 0 leniency, penny pinchers.... That's exactly what this world needs more of right? Good Riddance.

TERRIBLE! They know it’s terrible but they’ll pretend they don’t know. Nobody that works here lives here nor does any of their family because they wouldn’t recommend it themselves. it’s overpriced for black mold small space and maintenance NEVER show up to do anything about it. Read other reviews they’ll tell you I have absolutely no idea how this complex is still up and running. They also don’t allow you to get WiFi even though the service over here is terrible the ONLY way you can get service is through THEM and even their WiFi service is overpriced and their WiFi is ALSO TERRIBLE so it’s another Money grab. Go elsewhere! Trust me! Also ignore the AI auto-replies wood creek responds to reviews with. That is NOT the actual company responding to reviews that’s an auto-reply formed by AI. That’s how much they don’t care

I have lived here for several years. Things got worse and worse every month. First, I found out the bathroom doesn’t have an exhaust fan; it has a recirculating fan, so rather than removing steam and moisture from the bathroom, it just recirculates it. To help with the moisture issue, I shower with the bathroom door fully open. It’s a big complex with 700+ units; people come and go all day and night. Good luck leaving your windows open at night without getting woken up by people loudly talking at 2 am, cars beeping because folks need to make sure the vehicle is locked, or just loud cars with exhaust or radios blasting, driving in the parking lot. The main office staff are laughable. If you need something done, you need to follow up with them multiple times to get any attention. It took me three months of weekly follow-ups to have them handle my issue. I think they do this, so maybe you just go away, which isn’t good. So don’t depend on the management office to care about you once you move in; it doesn’t exist. The single living room AC unit is hardly adequate during the summer heat, and be prepared to place a fan or two in the living room to blow what cool air you get into the bedroom. Even with the spare bedroom door closed and the fan blowing in the main bedroom, it never dropped below 78°F on the hottest nights. Not comfortable at all to sleep in. The heat is controlled by turning a dial from 0 to 5, with 0 being off and 5 being the hottest. This makes controlling the apartment's temperature very difficult during the winter. Some days it’s enough to set one or two; on other days, it requires setting five. It’s a daily winter battle to keep the apartment comfortable. You don’t get a thermostat to set the temperature, just a stupid dial with 0 to 5. Good luck! The internet service is horrible. Don’t plan on watching internet TV without having the spinning icon waiting for the internet connection to return. Also, working remotely is very painful due to frequent dropped connections. The internet service is not local; Bloom Broadband is based in Michigan, so good luck getting support. If you have an internet connection issue, you need to first work with the local building maintenance crew. If they can't help, they can bump up a ticket to Bloom. If you think Spectrum or Comcast are bad, good luck with Bloom Broadband. You have no other options for Internet service. All Amazon, UPS, and FedEx packages are delivered to the Amazon hub on the property. You can’t have anything delivered to your apartment complex's door except USPS standard mail. Be prepared to walk or drive to pick up packages. I would not recommend renting here.

If you have the unfortunate pleasure of living here, GOOD LUCK. You definitely pay for what you get. Apartments are small and beat up. Not only that but my first apartment with them, the exhaust fan in the bathroom caught on fire and when we did the report we found out it definitely is NOT the first fire there w the same issue. When we brought the fire to the office they said “we checked the fan 6 months ago it was fine” They are very unprofessional and kind of rude in the office. They will also plaster your business all on the front door of your apartment for everyone to see. Hopefully you get placed on the second floor away from the parking lot cause people are rude and don’t care about anyone else, they will blast music in cars at 3am, 5:30am, 6:30am, 10pm, and 11:30pm. Also bugs are a real problem if you live on the first floor. The other reviews about the internet are also VERY true, I pay for the 2nd tier and get outages at least 7 times a week. Rent has increased with no improvement to the properties?? They put smart locks on but that doesn’t negate the cost, mine always jams too. Might be a good place to stay for a year and save up for a better place, just saying.
