WILLOW LANE ASSISTED LIVING

Beautiful facility and beautiful staff members sad that I'm not longer working there but I recommend for in coming residents and staff member gooo!!! Willow keep up the good work!

As I approach one year since my father passed, i think often of Willow Lane and the wonderful care he got there, and the love he felt from all the staff. I am still appreciative of all that was done for him and us as we all where dealing with covid, he truly was part of a loving family, even when we his real family couldn't have contact with him. Thank you all so much. Son Joe Have heard place was sold. Most employees have quit. Because for the new owners, it's all about profit, not the residents' needs. Be careful.

We chose Willow Lane for my mother Louise when she was 91 because Willow Lane was a place she could, and did call Home, for nearly 2 years until her recent passing. Upon arrival My mother quickly developed meaningful relationships & friendships with residents as well as staff members. The care given my mother by the Willow Lane staff was exceptional, professional, and the communication was very timely. I can't say enough about the Willow Lane staff as they were like family to our mom as well as the rest of our family. The Willow Lane staff is trained and equipped to assist all residents as they continue their aging journey thus, even when there were care need changes due to our mothers declining health there was no need to move her to a different facility. Willow Lane is a beautiful place, with wonderful staff, and we were fortunate to find a place that was truly a Home for our mother.

Those who take care of my father in law have been amazing. Always caring, patient, and understanding. Very good communication with all members of the staff and love the humor they bring to Bill each and every day. They have become a huge part of his family. I have the most contact with Shorty and am thankful everyday for her kindness.
