I'm really grateful we found Charter for my brother. We got everything we were looking for - a safe, supportive place to live; kind, professional and helpful staff; and most importantly, easy access to medical treatment. The price is reasonable for an assisted living facility. I highly recommend checking it out.

The staff are so warm and friendly. The place is small cozy and has most of the same great amenities as larger places. I feel safe knowing my mom is taken care of.

Started out strong and quickly went downhill. Memory Care. Laundry and showers not scheduled. Staff turnover. Staff sleeping at the table when we arrived (more than once). Loved one left in the dark, in a camp chair that he could not get out of alone. And now that he has passed, being charged for unknown charges. They said belongings left in the room. We cleared out the room. Very friendly to get you in, then hard to get answers or get things accomplished. Maribel, the nurse was amazing and was our families go to for answers, even though it wasn't her job.

Coming into this building you are always welcomed and feel at home. Staff are always willing to help and present! Activities always has something going on, walking club, funny videos, harp performance, Bingo just to mention a few things I have seen in the last few times I have been there! The facilitys management team is proactive and present and works together with staff as a team! Great care provided to their residents!

My Mother recently celebrated one year at Willow Pointe Memory Care. During this past year the staff at Willow Pointe have had to deal with the challenges of navigating all of the Covid-19 pandemic issues. They have done it with such grace and love. They have had to be the sole care givers for their residents for the past year! As front line workers, we need to give them so many kudos! My Mom has dementia, she is hard of hearing and has very low vision. Not being able to visit has been challenging. The staff is good about giving me updates and stories about my Mom. During the warmer months we were able to do outdoor visits, but when the weather got colder the staff set up a nice area for us to visit with our loved ones. Staff has been good about understanding my Mom and knowing what she needs! Not an easy job! Melissa , the Executive Director has always made sure Mom was well cared for and is always there to answer my questions or address any concerns. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
