Willow Ridge Memory Care

Director does not return calls. We have been trying to contact him for almost two weeks and we have gotten no response. Staff otherwise is great. Just don’t try and talk to the director because he doesn’t have time for you.

My brother was a resident of Willow Ridge for 4 years & passed in December 2023. He was well cared for. At that time it was difficult to get management's attention. I recently received a statement showing an updated balance. I contacted TQ the current Director who resolved the concern within days. I was shocked at his quick response & his concern. TQ is amazing. If Willow Ridge has made other improvements at the level of TQ's response & resolution I'd place a loved one here without reservations. Way to go!!

Visited my grandma last week, Everyone at the buildings was so helpful, when it came to setting up her room... They are always making sure shes well mantained,... Glad to see people thta care

Love all the staff at willow ridge. always taking great care of my grandmother, making sure she gets to all her appointments on time, and always doing fun activities that keep all the residents entertained! i am grateful for all the staff at this facility and thank them for all their hard work.

Visited my dad a couple days ago, mentioned how that the staff has been treating him. He also was telling me that he has been really enjoying the activities that the lady has them doing. That he looks forward to that part of the day. I was able to speak to the Activity lady, I believe her name was Cindy or Cynthia, I believe it's Cynthia. I had the pleasure of speaking to her, She's such a beautiful person and has a great heart. You can tell that she enjoys her work and the residents.
