Jonathan is an amazing administrator. Always willing to go above and beyond for all residents and staff. Giselle is also very helpful and will go the extra mile to help with any and everything. Willow view is a very welcoming and homelike community.

I just took The Tour and have signed the necessary papers to move in ASAP. I was most impressed by the friendly phone receptionist before I got there, and the rest of the staff after. Although I was 15 minutes late, nobody made a fuss, but rathe were flexible enough to accommodate my needs. The other residents were very friendly indeed, and the Chapel (used for multiple purposes) was obviously designed by a Professional!

Willow View has had some trouble in the past, but with new administrative staff and new caregivers working together, things are starting to come around and work for the better from an environment and home living stand-point. The amount of changes that have happened and are still in the works, have turned this building into a happier, healthier lifestyle for those seeking independent living with some assistance.

Given the current pandemic and all the situations surrounding COVID, my family member was well taken care of and felt very safe. The staff here kept my family member actively engaged and made every effort to keep immediate family member outside the facility informed on visitation. My family member’s health and well being are of the utmost importance to me and my family. We feel this is the absolute best fort for our family member. Thankyou for caring!

This is a very clean and family oriented facility. The lady that runs the place is so sweet and caring. She really loves her residents. There are a lot of fun activities planned all the time. I would trust my family members to live there.
