Front desk staff rude and highly unprofessional. I was yelled at and told not to call back when calling for an administrator!

What an absolute Godsend. This truly is a "home" for the residents here. Time after time I am amazed by the care given here and by the genuine concern they have for those living here. Couldn't ask for a better place for my family member, and she is happy here and feels loved!
