I can’t say enough about Willowgreen/Frontida Racine. The care given to my brother is exceptional. He recently joined the community and feels welcomed and supported. The facility is clean and the food delicious. Thank you all and especially thank you to Marquita!!

My grandmother stays at this residence and they moved her into a small room and she is faced with having to get rid of her recliner chair and can barely move around in there. TERRIBLE. She pays $7000 a month and cant even have a chair in her room now. On top of that they have messed up her medications and put them in incorrect bags when she was visiting me in the past causing me to have to call the facility to see WHAT MEDS i had to give her at what time. This happened twice! Irresponsible! This place should be ashamed of themselves. The price to stay there is ROBBERY. My grandmother is too nice to say anything cause she likes the other residence people.

Marquita and her staff have been amazing. They have treated my loved one with kindness, respect, and understanding. They have been comforting in her declining health and accomodating. The meals are homemade and the facility is warm and inviting. As I've worked in longterm care for a long time, as a caregiver, guardian, and Executive Director, I have high standards and this is the first place I've ever given a 5 star review.

The staff at Willowgreen is absolutely amazing. They really do treat residents like members of their own family. As a healthcare provider, I have seen staff from all departments go above and beyond for their residents on more occasions than I can count. Both Lydia and Dawn are easy to speak with and genuinely care about their residents - more like family. Their team takes great pride in providing optimal resident care, which is hard to come by these days. I highly recommend Willowgreen and their dedication to providing quality care for their residents!!
