I've never met a group of people who genuinely care as much as the Willowick family. Also the level of experience is amazing.

When i need to put one of my loved ones in an assistant living facility i would definitely consider this one!

While visiting Willowick I noticed how clean the facility is and how happy the staff was. You could hear their laughter from down the hall.

This place is horrible. They lie to you about how well they are going to take care of your loved one. Once you give them the money and move in you'll find out how poorly this place is run! If you are going to bring a loved one here make sure you get everything they say there going to do in writing! EVERYTHING!!! Before you move in make sure you go through the room your moving into and take pictures of everything otherwise they will charge you for things that were broken or in bad shape before you even moved your family member in. MY CONDOLENCES TO ANYONE THAT HAS TO GO HERE!

Willowick communities are marks above the rest. These owners have taken the best parts of all communities and created an outstanding, affordable, caring and compassionate community to all. It is unfortunate that individuals who have been given multiple opportunities to rise to their potential choose not to, then blame their short comings on others. I envoke anyone to visit any willowick community and see for your self. You will not be disappointed. The owners and directors have the best intrest of all residents and staff in their hearts at all times.
