I can’t say enough good things about this place. From the moment we walked in, the staff made our family feel welcome and supported. The level of care, compassion, and professionalism they show every day is truly remarkable. My grandma's health and happiness have significantly improved since moving in, and it's clear that the team genuinely cares about each resident as if they were their own family. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and filled with warmth—from the cheerful common areas to the peaceful outdoor spaces. Activities are thoughtfully planned and engaging, and the medical staff is always attentive and communicative. Knowing that my loved one is in such good hands gives us peace of mind every single day. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and kindness. You’ve made an incredibly positive difference in our lives.

The staff at willow wick is absolutely wonderful. My mom has been here for about 3 months now and it has been a great experience. They take great care of her for sure

My mom has been living at Willowick for about a month. The staff are amazing! From the first day of residency she has been treated with compassion and kindness. My mom often talks about individuals by name, I am relieved and reassured that she is bonding with her caregivers. Yesterday Caris , the director visited mom and she listened to her concerns regarding towels. Towels! Caris took action and removed her towels and laundry out of her room and made sure mom felt better. Mom thinks she can do more than she really can. I was concerned because my mom was trying to get herself to the bathroom without help. I watched her as she tried to transfer from her bed to her wheelchair without making sure the wheels were locked on her chair. They weren't. I realized that my mom needs more help and I met Cary, another staff member as I was leaving and told her. I feel very confident that my mom is in a caring, safe place. My mom is the matriarch of our family. She is irreplaceable. I am so glad she is part of the Willowick family. Thank you everyone who works with my mom. You are the reason I can sleep at night.

If you love your loved ones absolutely, positively DO NOT place them here. My grandmother was at the new facility built on Cranston. Absolutely NO COMMUNICATION with family. Never returns calls or emails. Prescriptions my grandmother didn’t even receive was called into her doctor without the families permission. Where did those prescriptions go?? My grandmother recently passed in their care. The staff treated her and us just horribly! When cleaning out her room MANY items missing, large items as well. I could go on and on. If I could give negative stars for a rating I would! You can guarantee our entire family will be telling everyone that will listen what a horrible facility this is! DO NOT PLACE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!
