WILLOWICK

I've experienced several nursing homes the last few years between all my relatives and family. None were as good as willowick. The staff here are so incredibly friendly and helpful. They are so attentive and responsive. My relative always received food, medications, showers, and just general good care with a great attitude from EVERY staff member. If I needed help or had a question I never had to wait long at all. I've had some really troubling experiences at other places for other family members but never a single time at willowick. I couldn't be happier with the service and communication. Special shout out to James who is probably the most patient and caring person, and I couldn't thank him more for working with me. I didn't work as much with Leslie but the times I did she was also outstanding

My grandmother is located here and I absolutely love the care they have a worker by the name of Tara lovely lady always going above and beyond for my family truly makes us feel safe and know our grandmother is in good hands .. truly recommend and they need a million people like Tara in assisted living homes .. thank you for your amazing care

Love this location! It always smells so good when you walk in and feels so welcoming l. The staff Is incredible and the Director is JUST AS AMAZING!

I recently placed my dad at the Willowick facility at 2240 Cranston Rd. The facility is so well maintained and the staff I have met (Leslie, Desiree, Mandy, Tara and others that I don't know their name yet) have been outstanding! So warm and friendly. I can't say enough good things about the location and staff. I am so happy that I have partnered with them to care for my dad. Update: On 5/13/25 my dad was moved from the temporary respite suite to his own room. I was initially very concerned that the disruption to his new normal would not go well. However, Leslie and all of the staff that participated in the move did an excellent job caring for him. He is happier and more comfortable than I have seen him in years, which is a huge relief for our family. I could not be more satisfied with our choice to choose Willowick. Love all of the caregivers and the facility!
