My father became a resident in November last year. Joy and the team have done fantastic job of helping my him live his final stages with great care and dignity. Highly recommend for a family of a loved one that is in need of home care.

My father was in the care of Nucharee at her facility in Nevada for four years. I was living on the east coast at the time when his health deteriorated to the point of requiring around-the-clock care. I must have visited at least a dozen care homes in the area, but I was immediately impressed upon visiting Nucharee’s facility and hearing her philosophy on care and holistic approach that addresses both physical and mental well-being. Nucharee and her staff go to exceptional lengths to create such a wonderful and nurturing family environment for their residents. They do such a great job in developing a customized approach for each resident's care that keeps them engaged with the other residents/group activities and motivated to continue with their physical therapy. Having dealt with my father's health issues over the past few years, I got to know several of the health care providers, nurses, social workers, case workers in the area; and I can’t tell you how many times they acknowledged already knowing about Nucharee’s wonderful reputation! Sadly, my father passed away in 2021 at 92. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have found Nucharee. My father was so very happy at the time of his life when it meant the most. He couldn't have been in better hands! I encourage anyone looking for a care home for their loved ones to visit Nucharee to see the difference!

Nucharee is an amazing person showing so much compassion for elders and their families. Nucharee’s attention to detail when setting up her group homes, the staff she chooses and trains are way and above industry norms. My mother in law Helen was a resident for multiple years her group home in the Reno, NV. Helen was experiencing emotional and physical decline and within a month of staying at Nucharee’s group home, both her emotional and physical distress were gone! She no longer had a large scab on her head and she stopped hyperventilating. She finally felt safe and loved. Helen was so calm and friendly when her son and I would visit her. I loved all the festivities around each holiday and the celebration of each resident’s birthday! Nucharee and staff often invite family to these lovely events. She hires staff that love what they do. She instructs them to never use canned food and prepares wholesome home made dishes that are better than restaurant food! At times, residents are given foot baths and hand massages! Residents are kept engaged with daily fun activities and time outdoors in a lovely garden setting. The care is centered around giving a high quality of life experience. Nothing is overlooked. Her care is better than the most expensive nursing homes I have visited. I have been in the medical field for 30 years and never met anyone that cares about her residents like Nucharee and her staff, they are treated as family. Both my husband and I are eternally grateful for all the care St. Anne’s group home gave Helen! Kathy & Jim
