We moved our mother into this facility after few options were left for her care. After her admission, it became apparent that they lacked the skilled care, and manpower to properly care for her. The staff were unresponsive and her hygiene went downhill. The place was never clean and her clothes seldom washed. There was an event where housekeeping washed the residents clothes in a cleaning solution not intended for clothes washing. Our mother developed a debilitating rash which never cleared up and she continued to decline. We moved her to another facility where she passed a few months later with a severe infection from her rash. If you love your parent, stay away from this facility.

Sadly a lady just lost her life due to this facility's neglect as she froze to death outside during the pensacola snowstorm. This facility is well known for missing residents who escape. And I have first hand seen employees scrambling to find the resident up and down Olive Rd. In my opinion it seems like an inside employee could be to blame. Sadly a lady had to loose her life. I hope this investigated thoroughly and carefully.

Windermere Memory Care provides excellent care and attention to their residents. The changes in leadership has been a wonderful experience and I have no hesitation in bringing my clients there to tour. I would recommend anyone to visit and see how well their residents are cared for. Tyrah will take her time to explain every detail and ensure a smooth transition into the community.

I have to take a moment and say wow the staff is extremely nice!! I feel welcomed everytime I go! The place is really clean, most of all they care!! Teresa goes above and even knows my first and last name and greets me with a loving smile!! If you're looking for a good place for your loved one's please check this fabulous place out!! I wouldn't trust another team or place with my loved one's! Thank you staff and team and Teresa for everything yall do!!

This facility was incredible from the day we moved our mother in til the day she left. Southern hospitality to no end!! We want to thank the workers for always making our mother feel like she was at home and comforting her at times. Very blessed to have had you all. Very much recommend Windermere Memory Care Center.
