My wife Jean has resided at Windsong at Eola Hills for the last 18 months. The facility is clean, bright, fresh and always in perfect order both inside and out. The staff sets an environment that is friendly, calming, soothing and happy. I couldn’t be more pleased with the overall care provided by the caregivers that make my wife feel special even in her late state of dementia. I visit daily and feel as I’m one of the family. When I’m not present I have a true peace of mind knowing that Jean is provided for with great loving care. When I travel I’m always kept current with Jeans condition. Caring for those with dementia is beyond difficult and requires a special person to be a loving caregiver. The folks at Windsong are very special to me. Glen

Our loved one has been with WindSong Memory Care for almost four years, and we’re happy we found this place. They offer lots of activities for the residents to keep them active and connected. Plus, they take them on some field trips, like volunteering and visiting the Oregon Coast Aquarium. The staff really makes an effort to get to know each resident, learning about their interests, dislikes, and daily lives. They’re always there to listen and address any family concerns that come up. The facility is clean and organized, with cleaning and laundry schedules clearly posted in each resident’s room. I’ve noticed that if there’s a cleaning issue outside of the regular schedule, the staff is quick to take care of it. The kind of care the staff gives is hard work, but I know they are dedicated and have a special connection with our loved one. I’m so thankful for the care they receive at WindSong; it brings me such peace of mind. I would recommend WindSong to family and friends.

I am very appreciative of the caregivers at WindSong. My mother has been there almost 3 years. During this time, my mother has gone from being mobile to a wheelchair with limited abilities. Her dementia level is now Stage 7. Her caregivers are amazing. They are caring and compassionate. I feel like they are part of our family.
