I had the absolute pleasure of touring The Windsor at Lakewood Ranch, and I was completely blown away, not just by the beautiful facility, but by the heart and soul of it: Sales Director Adrianna Holderman. Although “Sales Director” is her title, it hardly does her justice. Adrianna is truly a Compassionate, Loving Problem Solver. As we toured, it was evident that this is more than just a job for her. She knew every resident by name, greeted them like family, and her genuine care radiated in every interaction. The Windsor itself is warm, inviting, and full of life, but it’s Adrianna who brings it all together with her deep love for people and commitment to their well-being. I would wholeheartedly recommend The Windsor to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be cared for with dignity, kindness, compassion and heart. Thank you, Adrianna, for the tour and making such a lasting impression. You are a true gem!

I just enjoyed a tour of this charming facility with Adrianna. There is something very special here amongst the staff. It is a culture of caring with authenticity and dedication to each resident. Having seen many facilities within this industry this stands out to me as exceptional. The property Is beautifully decorated and maintained and has plenty of natural light which makes for a vibrant atmosphere. I was intentional about interacting with several residents during my tour and found each one to be in a healthy and positive frame of mind. I can easily recommend this as a wonderful option for families looking in the Lakewood Ranch area.

I recently toured Windsor of Lakewood Ranch with Adriana and was incredibly impressed. The community is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, with a warm and professional staff who clearly care about the residents. The attention to detail, engaging activities, and overall atmosphere made it feel like a true home. Definitely at the top of my list for senior living options!

I could not allow another day to pass without sharing the wonderful experience that my mom had in respite care! The Windsor is a combination of a resort and a grand loving home! Working with the Sales Director was awesome! I was under a tight deadline to place my mom and the Sales Director went above and beyond to facilitate the placement. Her kind demeanor, brilliant planning, and compassionate assistance was second to none! It was a pleasure working with her and she is absolutely the best! At the Windsor mom had a beautiful place and her Care Team provided her with excellent care, comfort, & community. She was encouraged to participate in activities; had a fine dining experiene at each meal; and was treated with dignity & respect. I was concerned about an area that was healing on my mom. However, when I picked up mom, the area actually looked better than when I dropped her off. Our family was impressed with the beauty, cleanliness & wonderful care! We plan to return.

This was my father's home for 3 years. After the sudden passing of his wife Marilyn and his own failing health we moved him into The Windsor of Lakewood Ranch. It was the best decision we have ever made and having him close by was a god send. The staff is the most caring, compassionate and competent in the assisted living field and treated my father as if he was one of their own. A very warm and welcoming facility and very close to the local Lakewood Ranch hospital. Both my wife and I worked in healthcare and knew from day one that dad would be well cared for. We visited him every day to a welcoming staff with daily updates on my fathers condition and any concerns they might have. Thank you Windsor Staff for all your caring.
