My experience at The Windsor of Palm Coast was truly wonderful! Ms. Debbie provided us with extremely formative and helpful information, giving us a comprehensive and welcoming tour of the facility. It was a pleasure to meet Miss Ruth, the ambassador, as well as a few of the other lovely ladies who were enjoying a game of bingo during our visit. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and it was evident that the residents were happily engaged in their activities. The facility itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind. The staff members we encountered were kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. The visit was not only informative but also reassuring, as it felt like a place where my grandmother would be comfortable and well-cared for. Overall, The Windsor of Palm Coast left a very positive impression, and we are confident it would be a great choice for my grandmothers care.

We’d like to thank the entire staff of the Windsor for the wonderful treatment that our mother Doris received during the past year. Prior to moving from Las Palmas to the Windsor she was quite apprehensive. However, within several weeks she was more than content and realized that it was the right decision. Since then, she has remarked many times how much she liked living there and also how much she liked the food. The latter was partially due to being able to have a hamburger and ice cream whenever she wanted! Throughout the past year, we have observed the attentiveness, understanding, and kindness of the Windsor staff. This more than anything else made our mother’s past year as comfortable as possible, despite her numerous health problems. You should all be incredibly proud of the work that you do. We feel that we could not have selected a better place to care of our her, even if we had searched the entire state. We feel incredibly fortunate that the Windsor is here in Palm Coast. We have been and will continue recommending the Windsor to our friends at every opportunity.

Windsor is an amazing assisted living! Brenda with activities is always so engaging with the residents and there are always things to do! Macy, the DON is kind hearted and truly cares for the residents wellbeing. Everyone there belongs in senior care, and i would trust them with my grandparents.

The Windsor of Palm Coast was our choice for our Aunt whom moved from another state. So far I can honestly tell you that her welcome at this facility has been exceptional! Staff and Residents both gave her such a warm welcome it really touched her heart. The Windsor is a very beautiful and clean property. My aunt says she feels like she's on a cruise ship, so many activities, delicious food and very attentive staff. I feel great about her living there. I know she's safe and has help if she needs it. Pictures are a lunch special, basketball tournament and Catholic mass.
