Finding the best Memory Care Facility for your loved one, can be such an emotional task. I found Windsor Reflections for my Mom. It’s the best decision that I have made for my Mom’s care. Jessica McGuire, and her staff, are very much hands on, always available to assist with questions and answers. It’s my Mom’s new residence, and she has found friends and enjoys daily life, in her Dementia Journey residing at Windsor Reflections. I highly recommend this Memory Care Facility for your loved one!

Our father found Windsor Reflections for our mom after a bad experience at another care home. We are all very happy with this home for our mother and his wife. A great deal of attention is placed on engaging the residents and maintaining a clean and safe place to live for everyone. The monthly family dinners are a complete joy for everyone who attends. We appreciate the opportunities this has provided for everyone to feel as safe and comfortable as possible with the devastating impacts memory loss diseases have on the entire family.

I would definitely recommend the Windsor Reflections Memory Care facility. They offer a wide range of daily activities for the residents, and keep the facility well maintained and clean. Their monthly Family Nights dinners are so special and they go all out with the food and entertainment for those! And they offer in-house physicians and therapy to make the coordination of healthcare seamless. Highly recommend!

My father in law has been at Windsor Reflections for 2 years now. The facilities are lovely. My wife is extremely pleased with the care he is receiving. Everyone from the sweet lady who cleans the rooms, the kind resident assistants, the supervisors, receptionists and other staff members are all cheerful and kind. The activities director is great. So many appropriate activities are scheduled every day including visits from musicians and children’s groups for various events. I think my father in law’s favorite activities are the art sessions , visits from puppies and the outside walks. The chef also deserves special mention for all the great meals he prepares including a monthly family night when all the residents‘ families are invited to attend a dinner with their loved one. The Director is extremely attentive to the needs of the residents and their families. We highly recommend this facility.

Windsor Reflections has been nothing short of amazing for my mother-in-law. She was in a different facility before coming here last year and the change in her has been incredible, both physically and mentally. The staff here (every last one of them) make her feel like part of the family. They make me and my husband feel the same way when we visit. Dennis is on top of everything and if we have a question or concern regarding anything he responds immediately. Chris the activities director is a gem. Matt, the manager of the kitchen is outstanding and their jobs don't stop at their title, they pitch in and do whatever is needed. We feel so lucky to have found Windsor Reflections and recommend the place to anyone looking for memory care.
