Windsor Ridge

Started this process for my mother in September 2025 with 3 other locations involved during my search. The minute I walked into Windsor Ridge (Now Chapters of Jeffersonville) I KNEW this place was outstanding. The staff is great, Steve is wonderful and the residents are very happy here. I have developed a relationship with several residents and I could go on and on about the quality. I won’t bore you with my many praises. But I can assure you, your loved one will be welcomed in and they will have an extended family in no time at all. This facility is picturesque and homelike. Can’t imagine anyone having anything negative to say. Best of luck in your search and look no further than Chapters of Jeffersonville!

Place dont honor doctors notes at all, was off friday Saturday took doctors note to them Saturday afternoon to be off sunday and monday went in Tuesday to get fired and brought my note way befour shift which was next day, but that was my only thing to many bosses and steve is only boss.great place shawn great young man bill man, Mrs Delores very nice and go out her way every one else needs to work on minding their business

My Father was a residence of Windsor Ridge Assisted Living facility for 6 years. The staff was excellent and went above and beyond to help accommodate his needs. Their help is greatly appreciated and I recommend this facility to others.

Windsor Ridge is a place close to my heart. I have had many loved ones there. Thank you for your compassionate care and always going the extra mile. You are the best!

My disabled brother lives here. It's immaculate, arranged as a cozy home-like environment, the food is great & everyone treats my brother very well. I'm glad this place exists. There is no way I could have cared for him at home.
