I met with Daryl Boyer, who gave me a very nice tour of your building and answered all of my questions. Everyone was very friendly and the facility looked very clean and well kept. Mr. Boyer to be very accommodating and knowledgeable. The sample resident’s room I saw was light and airy. I would have liked to have a prettier outdoor space to enjoy, But otherwise, I very much liked Windsor.

I can’t express enough how over the moon I am about the Windsor. My mother has only been there for 5 days and she has already participated in Bingo and a Bible study. I’ve eaten dinner there twice and the food is delicious. The staff is very professional and friendly. They have been so accommodating with my requests and caring to the residents. Phil, Sandy, Donna and Ravine have all been attentive to my mother’s needs. The facility is beautiful and the rooms are lovely. If you are looking for a place for a loved one, the Windsor is it! 😊

Mom has been living at Windsor of Bradenton for almost a year now. We are both entirely pleased with her living experience there. It is a happy, upbeat place with great food and caring people and lots of activities. I would not hesitate to live there myself. This summer brought the challenge of two hurricanes. Helene didn't pass close enough to be a serious threat, but Windsor prepared for the worst by boarding up windows and doors. Milton was a different story and almost immediately followed Helene. All the window and door coverings had to go back up. Sandy, the residence director, kept us completely informed about how they were preparing and reassured us that they were well prepared with a backup generator. Management remained on site during the storm (for 3 days I think) and kept families informed as best they could given power and internet outages. Although I was conflicted about whether to bring Mom home for the storm, after the event was over, I was glad she remained at Windsor during the storm where she was surrounded by friends and had plenty of activities to keep her busy. Even during the last-minute preparations for what looked to be a direct hit from a category 4 storm, all the staff remained happy and cheerful and provided a very "normal" environment for the residents. Windsor exceeded my expectations in all important areas by the way they prepared for the storms and kept Mom safe, secure, and comfortable. I saw that they monitored information about the storm through official channels and took the decision to stay or evacuate very seriously. Windsor of Bradenton is a top notch community! Their staff always is friendly, warm, and caring. They take immense pride in their responsibilities they have chosen to take on and it definitely shows. Their community is always spotless, and the attention to detail from outside to inside is unmatched! My family is beyond pleased our Mom has chosen to be part of this community. The residents and staff have welcomed her as if they have known her for years. I would highly recommend Windsor of Bradenton if your family is looking for an assisted living community.
